In addition to the great coffee, delicious food and relaxing atmosphere, Semplicità Coffee House is trying to add to the nightlife of Modesto. We are working on having live music and/or International Evenings every Friday and Saturday evening. Join us for some enjoyable relaxing music or a memorable cultural experience. DECEMBER EVENTS

Saturday, December 1st, 9 AM - 4 PM

Semplicità Coffee House will be closed on Saturday, December 1st, so that we can be part of Modesto's Dickens' Fair, located down the street from us on 15th between I & J Streets (in front of the McHenry Mansion). In addition to our coffee and other drinks, you will be able to find coffee related gifts, arts, crafts, fruits, vegetables and more. There will be a lot of vendors in Victorian Costumes (including certain coffee vendors) and a lot of activities for children both in and outside. Come join us for all of the fun!

Saturday, December 15th, 6 PM - 9 PM

Sonja Spence and her infectious smile and fabulous voice brought down the house in November! Don't miss an enjoyable evening of good music, good food, good beverages and good fun. Sonja and husband, Steve, will be back on December 15th, so mark you calendars now! Come listen to this fabulous "torch singer."

Third Thursday Art Walk

Semplicità Coffee House continues its participation in Modesto Third Thursday Art Walks. We will again feature the outstanding work of local artist Más Tomás (Tom Wendt). His creations are fantastic. Come check them out and watch him create as well as you peruse our coffee related gifts and sample our normal menu offerings.

This will be our last time to be open. Unfortunately, we have been losing money a lot faster than we make it, so come by and wish a fond GOODBYE at the December Third Thursday Art Walk. We will still have access to some of the best coffee in the world, so you can still order directly from us, but the coffee house is closing.
